I admit, every newborn session that I shoot always seems to be my favorite session to date. At first I thought it was because these babies just get cuter and cuter, but they are all sooooo adorable! I do think it's because with each session I learn a little more. There is so much you can learn as a newborn photographer... new wrapping techniques, new poses, new helpful tricks, etc. I am happy to say that I am constantly learning new things during my photography journey!
I was very excited that this little guy was on the way as soon as I learned Mom and Dad were expecting! I met them on a Jeep trail in Moab a couple years ago and we have become great friends. We hoped to do some photos before Sean made his arrival to announce the news but Mom didn't have the easiest pregnancy and wasn't up for it. She ended up having Sean a bit early and while his photo session was at 17 days (I normally like to shoot somewhere between 5 and 12 days) it went very well and we got tons of great shots! Mom even brought in her Dad's flannel shirt for a couple photos with Sean... so sweet.
I'm so happy for these brand new parents (and glad there is a new little Jeeper out there)! Congratulations, he is beautiful!
