Portrait Session | Georgetown, Washington DC | Portrait Photographer

I had such a BLAST during this session with Sara! I've know this beautiful girl's Mom for many years and I'd seen Sara's pictures but I'd never met her personally. So when her Mom contacted me and asked if I would consider coming back to Virginia to do some photos for her I knew I wanted to do it. Luckily, I had several other people who wanted photo sessions so it was definitely worth the trip out (plus I got to visit some friends during my visit)!!!

We decided to meet early one morning in Georgetown. I always do research before shooting in a new location and I knew Georgetown would be a great setting with a variety of backdrops but it was more than I hoped for! We visited spots with greenery in the background, brick and stone walls, pretty doorways and steps, views across the Potomac River, and even some graffiti!

As we explored the area, we got to catch up with each other, have some Georgetown Cupcakes and of course get a ton of great shots! These are a few of my favorites!!! Which one is your favorite? Let Sara know in the comment section below!
